2022 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Finds Under $100
It’s time again for my favorite sale of the year! I have shopped the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale every year for over 10 years, as it is a great time to buy items that rarely go on sale. If you aren’t familiar with the sale, it is when Nordstrom puts brand new fall items on sale for 30-40% off retail price. I always stock up on pajamas, undergarments, athleisure, gifts and grab a few new clothing pieces and shoes for the upcoming fall season.
Effective tomorrow, Saturday, July 9, the sale is open to all Nordstrom credit card holders. Don’t have a card? Not to worry, the sale opens to everyone on July 15. You can add your favorites to a Wish List on the Nordstrom website, then transfer them over to your shopping cart on the 15th. I am sharing some pieces below that caught my eye at the sale, and have included links to shop under each photo. Almost all of the items I am sharing are priced under $100 on sale.
FLORAL MIDI DRESS - This dress came home with me! It has a beautiful floral print and a flattering cut. It runs true to size. This dress is one of my favorite purchases from the sale.
CREAM BOOTIES - I have been wanting a pair of light colored booties and these are winners. They are comfortable and affordable at around $50 on sale. I recommend sizing up 1/2 size in these booties.
PLAID BLAZER - I love the green in the blazer and it has both black and brown in it so you can pair it with either color.. Looks great with pants for work or jeans for a more casual outfit. Runs true to size.
GREEN TIE NECK TOP - This top matches the blazer nicely but I think it would look better by itself. It has a tie at the neck which is cute, but it was a but much with a blazer. Runs true to size.
GREEN PONTE KNIT PANTS - Such a pretty color and they are very soft and comfortable. They have some stretch and run true to size.
CHAIN MULES - These came home with me! Such a great color for fall and they are really comfortable. i recommend sizing up 1/2 size.
BLACK CROPPED JUMPSUIT - This jumpsuit feels like pajamas! Great to throw on when you want to be comfortable. The waist hits a little low on me, so it wasn’t super flattering, but would be great on someone taller. Runs big, so I recommend sizing down.
DOLCE VITA SNEAKERS - These sneakers are a great alternative to P448s which are $200 even on sale. (They are regularly $115, and are on sale for $79.) The have some sparkle on the sides and back and the laces are a sparkly silver. The sneakers run true to size.
RUFFLE SLEEVE BLOUSE - This would be a great work top, as it is comfortable and modest while still having some fun color. I love the exaggerated ruffles on the sleeves. It runs true to size and comes in a few other colors.
BLACK CROPPED PONTE PANTS - Such a great pair of black pants! I grabbed these to wear to work, and they are soft and comfortable. I recommend sizing down if in between sizes.
TAN MULES - The gold chain is so pretty on this mule and the pointy toe is flattering on the foot. I found that these were a little hard to keep on my feet when walking, so I opted for the STEVE MADDEN MULES instead. They run small, so I recommend sizing up 1/2 size.
TIE WAIST DRESS - The print on this dress is absolutely gorgeous in person. It hits about 3 inches above my knees (I am 5’5”) and runs true to size. It comes with a sash in the same print that I have tied in the back, but you could also tie it in a bow in front.
WHITE LEATHER BOOTIES - The pointy toe on these booties is flattering on the foot. I found that they rubbed my ankles some when I walked in them, so I opted not to purchase. They run true to size.
GREY PLAID BLAZER - I love the longer length of this blazer and the light grey plaid will go with so many different colors. It runs true to size.
V-NECK SHELL BLOUSE - This versatile piece is perfect under blazers and cardigans. It also comes in a few other solids as well as some prints. I recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes or busty.
BLACK SKINNY JEANS - These jeans are incredibly comfortable as they have a lot of stretch. They have an unfinished hem and are high rise. I recommend sizing down, as they run big in my opinion.
BLACK MULES - These mules look great with cropped jeans and pants. I found them to be comfortable and plan to wear them a lot this fall. I recommend sizing up 1/2 size.
GREEN FLORAL DRESS - The print on this dress is beautiful and I like the drop waist ruffle skirt. I do think this dress would look better on someone who isn’t as curvy with hips as the seam hits at the widest part of your hips. I recommend sizing up if in between sizes.

PUFF SLEEVE SWEATER - I love the puff sleeves on this sweater and it also comes in a few other colors. I find that it runs slightly small, so I recommend sizing up.
BOYFRIEND JEANS - These jeans have a good amount of stretch and run true to size. I bought them to have as an alternative to skinny jeans.
PLAID CHAIN MULES - I love the muted plaid print on these mules. It is the same style as the tan mules I shared above. I recommend sizing up 1/2 size.
LONG SLEEVE PAJAMAS - I stock up on these every year at the sale, as they are the only PJs I wear. They also come in solid navy, black and leopard print and I have each color - I love them that much! I always size up in PJs for a roomier fit. The pajamas also come in a SHORT SLEEVE WITH SHORTS option.
PINK UGG SLIPPERS - So soft and comfy and run true to size. I also love the CLOSED TOE SLIPPERS from Ugg that I bought last year and are included in the sale again.
I also stock up on THESE UNDIES, and my favorite STRAPLESS BRA that are included in the sale.
SMOCKED WAIST DRESS - The print on this dress is perfect for fall. The wide smocking at the waist and wrists gives it a comfortable fit. This dress hits about 3 inches above my knees (I am 5’5”). It runs true to size.
BLACK MULES - These mules look great with cropped jeans, pants and dresses. I found them to be comfortable and plan to wear them a lot this fall. I recommend sizing up 1/2 size.
BLACK TANK - This racer back tank is light weight and great for working out or lounging. I recommend sizing up if in between sizes. It is affordably priced at $24 on sale and comes in a few other colors.
GREEN JOGGERS - These joggers are high waisted and so soft! I recommend sizing up if in between sizes.
ON CLOUD SNEAKERS - Now that I have tried these, I get the hype! These sneakers are so comfortable and look cute too. I decided to purchase the style that doesn’t tie, the SLIP ON CLOUD SNEAKERS. They run true to size.
LONG CARDIGAN - This is another item I stock up on every year at the sale. The longer length is so flattering and the cardigan is light weight so you won’t get hot wearing it. It comes in several colors and runs true to size.

Beauty items I grabbed at the sale:
KIEHL’S CREME DE CORPS LOTION - This is an ultra moisturizing body lotion that I use every winter. It keeps my skin from being dry better than any other lotion I’ve tried. It only goes on sale during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, so I stock up every year.
LANCOME MASCARA SET - I use the Idolize mascara every day and love it. This kit comes with the mascara, black eyeliner and eye makeup remover. The mascara costs around $33 by itself, so you are basically getting the eyeliner and eye makeup remover at no additional charge.
AVEDA ROSEMARY MINT SET - My girls use the rosemary mint shampoo and conditioner, and I love the hand relief lotion. They all smell so refreshing, and this kit is a big savings over buying the items individually.
